I believe that not going to Sunday School is not a sin but attending these classes will surely help strengthen your life so that you will not sin.

When we look at the text, Hebrew 10:25, the writer says, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is. When we loook at the word (Not), we must understand that that word is subjective, denoting feelings or emotions. In other words, there was not a desire to assemble themselves prior to this letter. The writer here says there are some who do not desire to assemble together, but you should have a desire to assemble yourselves together. Don't be like those who do not want to assemble themselves but have a desire to assemble, in the next portion he says to exhort one another, when we look at the word exhort in the Greek, from the word parakaleo, it means to appeal to, to instruct one another to assemble together for the purpose of learning and growing. He's showing how important it is to come together to learn and to be taught. In verse number 26 he proceeds to say, For if we sin wilfully (after)that we have (received) the (knowledge)of truth. How do we receive the knowledge, from Sunday school, from Wednesday night or whatever day has been deemed to meet by leadership for the purpose of studying and teaching, and by studying on our own. II Timothy 2:15. We must have a desire for God's word that we may grow thereby. (I Peter 2:2) James 4:17 says, "Therefore, to him that knoweth to do good and does it not, it is sin. Is is good for us to assemble ourselves together for Sunday School and Bible? So, do we conclude that it is sinful or is a sin to forsake Sunday school or bible Class. Yes if we wilfully forsake to assemble ourselves together for the purpose and time set aside by the appointed leaders or Elders.

if you sin and ask for forgiveness/repent, why is it said they you will rep what you sow, if you repent and ask God for forgiveness

God will truly forgive if you repent. If you do not repent you will reap what you sow. In Luke 13:3 Jesus said "except you repent ye shall all likewise perish."

2 Samuel Chapters 11-12, David slept with Uriah's wife Bathsheba. Daive also had Uriah killed. After the LORD sent Nathan to David to rebuke him, David repented and God forgace him but David still faced punishment for what he did 2 Samuel 12:7-18.
